How to Propagate String of Hearts (Ceropegia woodii):

Propagating the String of Hearts (Ceropegia woodii) can be accomplished through several methods. One simple and popular technique involves rooting the cuttings in water. To do this, take fresh cuttings and place them in water. Ensure that the cut ends are submerged. Over time, the cuttings will develop roots, and once the roots are well-established, they can be transferred to soil for further growth.

If you prefer to propagate directly in the soil, the process is similar. Take cuttings of a suitable length and place them in moist soil. Water the pot thoroughly and then maintain the soil slightly damp to promote root development. 

Please note: Upon receiving a String of Hearts plant, it is crucial to handle it with care. The vines are usually coiled by the growers to protect them during transit. To prevent excessive vine loss, gently unfurl the coils and separate the vines around the pot. Give the coils a few days to hang undisturbed before continuing to delicately separate the vines. Although some leaf loss may occur, the plant's fast growth rate allows for quick regeneration. Remember to exercise patience and handle the plant gently to ensure the best outcome for your String of Hearts.

Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we do not accept returns except in cases of damage. Since every plant is unique and growth is seasonal, the plant you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured on our website.

We do accept returns on plant pots, accessories, vases, dried flowers, and plant prints. These items must be returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original and return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Additionally, if your return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost for your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt, and digital photos of the damaged item, box, and labels are required. We may request the return of the item to process your claim.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (such as plants or flowers), custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Customers are responsible for the proper care of their items; therefore, claims or returns cannot be accepted for mishandled products. Additionally, we do not accept claims or returns if plants have been repotted or pruned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
