We do our best to ensure the plant you receive closely matches the product listing. However, as plants are living beings, slight variations in size, shape, and colour are natural. Rest assured, we carefully select our plants to meet the highest standards.
Handmade items are made with care and attention to detail and as such each piece is unique. There will be some variation in colour, shape and size and some minor imperfections will be present (these are not faults but rather characteristics of a handmade item).

Our return policy is that you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Please get in touch with us at info@rebelplants.co.uk to let us know why you'd like to return your order. If we approve your return we'll then send you full instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and packaging. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Pots can be returned within 30 days (in accordance with our return policy) provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

We're sorry, we don't take returns on plants. If however there's any issue with your order then please do get in touch as soon as you open your box and we'll work through it with you.

Once our returns team confirms we've received and inspected your parcel, you can expect a refund within 5-7 working days. You'll also receive an email notification once your return is being processed.
Local Pick Up
Choose the convenient local pick-up option for your shipment method and enjoy no shipping fees at all. Just collect your order from our premises at the following address:

Once you've placed your order with the local pick-up option please just wait for an email from us with your collection date and time. Once we've received your order we'll email you with full collection instructions.

Packing & Recycle
We pack your orders carefully using protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Plants are securely wrapped and fragile items are padded with our eco-friendly, biodegradable peanuts and paper. All packages are sealed and labelled.
As they're made from starch they're fully biodegradable and can be composted in your garden or compost bin. They'll also dissolve in water. Just break them up and mix them in with your organic waste.
How do I choose the right products?
Choosing the perfect pot for your place from Rebel Plants is a great way to add a bit of style and at the same time ensure your plants are happy. Our range of decorative pots are all carefully chosen to complement your decor and create a really nice atmosphere. Rebel Plants is your one stop shop for plant pots.
To pick the right size decorative pot you simply match the diameter of the nursery pot with the opening diameter of the decorative pot. That will give you a perfect fit.
What is external diameter? The widest part of the pot (i.e. the diameter of the pot at its widest point) is what is measured to determine the external diameter.
What is the opening? The opening is the top diameter of the pot. That's the same as the internal diameter. The opening size is the diameter of the top of the pot and that tells you what size nursery pot you can fit inside the plant pot.

We cannot guarantee 100% water tightness, so we recommend using a waterproof liner to protect against moisture damage. Additionally, we don’t recommend repotting your plant directly into a ceramic pot. For best results, remove the nursery pot when watering. Ensure it is completely dry before placing it back. This will help your decorative pot last much longer.
