We are unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, the Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.
Once your parcel is delivered, we recommend opening it right away. Should any unexpected issues arise, please report them immediately to info@rebelplants.co.uk
Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we do not accept returns except in cases of damage. Since every plant is unique and growth is seasonal, the plant you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured on our website.
We do accept returns on plant pots, accessories, vases, dried flowers, and plant prints. These items must be returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original and return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Additionally, if your return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost for your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt, and digital photos of the damaged item, box, and labels are required. We may request the return of the item to process your claim.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (such as plants or flowers), custom products. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Customers are responsible for the proper care of their items; therefore, claims or returns cannot be accepted for mishandled products. Additionally, we do not accept claims or returns if plants have been repotted or pruned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Beautiful plant and very large flower, but disappointed that actual flower died after a few days on both of them , Iv bought orchids online before and flowers have lasted weeks before ,so was disappointed…

We always do our very best to send out the healthiest, highest-quality plants possible. This particular orchid is supplied with a single open flower, and even when plants come from the same tray, flowering time can vary quite a lot — some blooms last for weeks, while others may fade sooner. Unfortunately, it isn’t something we can predict in advance.
The plant itself remains healthy and full of potential, and we always select and send plants with great care. This variety is quite hard to find, and many customers choose it not only for its beautiful flowers, but also for the unique plant itself, which can continue to thrive and reward you again in the future. We’re delighted to offer it both with and without flowers for those who appreciate this special orchid beyond its initial bloom.

Yes you’re getting an unknown slightly disheveled plant but it’s totally worth it. For the price of one plant I’ve three plants that are already starting to look so much healthier and happier. Can’t wait to see how they get on.
I love this concept - both as a way of helping plants that might be harder to find homes for, and as a sort of plant lucky dip. I got plants that I didn’t have or know and am excited about the opportunity to learn more and look after them. I will be purchasing a box again and highly recommend it to anyone who is keen to look after less than perfect plants and fancies some plant based surprises.

Ordered another box (like so) alongside order for Philonendron Birkin Pink. Izzy got in touch with me to clarify how I want the delivery to proceed pick up or ship- which I knew I made a mistake with but was hesitant to burden company - them reaching out and helping me out was the highlight for me. Birkin Pink came in with huge leaves (gotten normal Birkin from different supplier and it arrived with leaves almost half size in the same size pot). Plants inside the rescue are worth twice as much to buy when perfect. I have got 4 plants. 2 with past pest damage. One looking leggy, one looking pretty fine (miniscule damage). Thank you so much!
P.S. And they even reached out after to tell me all plants names (I got El Choco wrong - but it was on my wishlist, too!).

Delivery: Very prompt and as ordered.
Packaging:
Very secure. Big cardboard. All plants attached to one another by a power of clingfilm. One downside is that the attachment is so tight that the moment I unwrapped one of the plants their head came right off. Upon inspection the base of plant definitely made it easier (root was mushy).
Plants: i got 6 - all baby plants (which I love; in delulu world - they saw all my orders being for babies and picking good rescues for me based on that). I got Bird of Paradise, Hoya Carnosa, Hoya Carnosa Compacta, Monstera Adnasonii, Desert Rose, Headless Chicken (mysterious plant).
Their issues: Monstera - haircut, Hoyas - water + trim for 1 , BoP - Browning leaves, Desert Rose - 1 leaf category, Headless chicken (bottom went to compost… top is in water waiting for roots).
Soil: individual to plant - happy to leave for a week
Only bad thing: no info regarding what plant you get
I would of given 5 stars but I was a bit concerned that delivery took so long,plants were collected from depot on Wednesday morning and arrived at mine on the Friday afternoon, it has been extremely hot and one of the little plants was extremely wilted, hopefully now it beenrepotted it will bounce back, I think you need to reconsider your delivery service, other then that I'm very happy with my new plants

Delighted with my rescue box - both orchids are lovely new additions to my collection. I’m really looking forward to seeing them grow with a little patience and tlc. I would recommend and hope to place another order soon.
I would have loved the concept of saving unwanted orchids. However, they should still be in thriving condition. Of the 3 orchids I received, 1 was in very bad state and had so much root rot and needed to be repotted. True enough 70% of the roots are non-viable. The orchid will definitely not rebloom anytime soon given the extent of damage to the root system.
Secondly, the orchids I received are: Jiuhbao Vivien, Yellow "not-labelled" Phalaenopsis and Hybrid Paphiopedilum. The description of this product is "Rare Orchids", but I am inclined to believe the the Phalaenopis species given are common. In fact one can get better, cheaper, and less common orchids in the supermarket.
2 points worth noting:
1. plants should be in a healthy state
2. this should not be described as a box of rare orchids.

If we only included flawless, blooming plants, it wouldn’t truly be a rescue box—and we’ve made that distinction clear in the programme description.Here’s a breakdown of the orchids you received: Paphiopedilum Hybrid – This pot contains three healthy, rooted plants without flowers. With care and patience, they’ll bloom again in the next flowering season. We usually sell this variety (even without flowers) for £21.99 on its own.Jiuhbao Vivien – A strong plant with two stems. One stem was accidentally broken, but the plant remains in excellent health with firm roots. The other stem still has flowers in bloom.Yellow Splash – This is not a dying plant. It has been cut back after flowering and would benefit from some extra TLC—such as repotting or fresh soil—exactly what our Rescue Box is designed to encourage.

My 3 beautiful plants had a few knocks but other than that they were really healthy...just like the sellers description so I was delighted. They were clearly labelled (so I didn't have to dig around online to find out what they were) and snugly packaged so they arrived in their best condition - I shall be back for more
First time ordering from Rebel Plants and first time ordering a rescue box. I was really impressed with the packaging and the orchids are also in perfect condition, one had finished blooming but the other one is still going. I thought the price was fair and i liked that it was a surprise.
I recieved the recue box which was very well packaged. Inside was 3 planta: adansonii, mican both medium sized plants and a baby alocasia jacklyn. I already had an adansonii, but the other 2 were on my wishlist so I was very happy.
All plants in great condition and I couldn't really see why they needed rescuing, would buy again for a nice little surprise.
