Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are sent on tracked services by Royal Mail.
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. The transit time starts once you receive the dispatch email and tracking number.

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm from £19.99 | Next Working Day by 1 PM
Special delivery is available Monday to Friday. Orders with special delivery placed by 12:00 p.m. will be dispatched on the same day. Weekend orders with the special delivery option will be dispatched on Monday.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking | You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
Local Pickup - Free
Choose the convenient local pick-up option for your shipment method and enjoy the benefit of not paying for shipping. Once you have placed your order with the local pick-up option, please await an email confirmation with your designated collection time and date. Upon receiving your order, we will contact you via email to provide detailed collection instructions.

To ensure a smooth collection process, we kindly request that you refrain from arriving without prior notice. This allows us sufficient time to prepare your order. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
Our collection times are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM
If you require an urgent collection outside of these hours or on weekends, please contact us via email at info@rebelplants.co.uk before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

We are unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, the Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.
Incorrect Address Details
We cannot accept responsibility for any delay or loss caused by an incorrect address or postcode provided at the time of order.
If your parcel goes missing due to an incorrect address, we will do our best to track it down; however, no refund will be issued unless the parcel is returned to us by the courier as undeliverable.
When a courier returns a package to us for this reason, we will issue a full refund for the item (excluding delivery charges). Please note that carriers now charge for items returned due to incorrect postcodes or if parcels are uncollected after a delivery attempt and card left.
