Frequently Asked Questions
Why are these plants on sale?
Plants are typically included in our Houseplants Sale when we refresh our greenhouse inventory. Sometimes a plant has grown a bit too large for its current shelf space, or we have overstocked on a particular variety. Rest assured, these aren't "rescue plants"—they are healthy, vibrant plants looking for a new home at a great value.
Will my sale plant arrive in good condition?
Absolutely. We never compromise on our standards. Every plant in the sale is given the same expert care and quality control as our full-price items. We use the same bespoke packaging and fast UK delivery service, ensuring that even at a discount, your greenery arrives looking lush and showroom-ready.
Can I still get care advice for sale plants?
Of course! Every plant from our London studio—sale or otherwise—comes with the same level of support. You can find care tips on our product pages or reach out to us for advice on choosing the right specialist soil or potting liner for your new bargain.
How often do you add new plants to the sale?
We regularly update our Houseplants Sale collection. Because our stock is live and seasonal, deals can change weekly. We recommend checking back often or signing up for our newsletter to get first access to our nationwide shipping deals on the UK’s favourite plants and pots.
Let customers speak for us
Huge thanks to Izzy for her patience in helping me find the correct liner and pot sizes. As the pot liners are more tapered than my nursery pot, the solution was to use the correct base size and cut the liner down so that it is more of a saucer shape inside the pot. The Berry Blue Metal Plant Pot by Lammie is beautiful.
