PERFECT ADDITIONS:
The Plant Rescuer Rescue Box: A Second Chance for Plants
At Rebel Plants, we’re committed to reducing waste and promoting sustainability in an industry where discarded plants are often overlooked. That’s why we’ve partnered with Sarah Gerrard Jones, a.k.a. @theplantrescuer, to bring you Plant Rescue Boxes—an innovative way to give plants a second chance while supporting eco-conscious practices.
As the popularity of online plant shopping grows, so does the number of plants discarded for not meeting "perfect" standards. These might include plants with minor cosmetic damage, shipping scars, or signs of previous pest or cold stress—plants that are otherwise healthy and full of potential.
What’s Included?
Each box is a mystery and contains 2–4 plants. We promise exciting inclusions that will add variety and character to your collection.
Orchid Rescue Box Each box is a mystery and contains 2–3 plants depending on the variety and condition.
Important Notes:
Plants in these boxes are non-refundable, non-returnable due to their discounted condition.
With proper care, these plants can thrive and bring joy to your home.
Care Instructions:
Each plant will have unique care needs, but here are general tips:
Place in bright, indirect light. Keep the soil slightly moist.
High-humidity areas, such as kitchens, bathrooms, or spaces with humidifiers, are ideal. Allow the plant to settle for at least a week before repotting or pruning to minimize stress.
Availability:
Our rescue boxes are created periodically as plants become available. Stock may vary, so check back often to grab yours.
Join us in our mission to create a more sustainable future and grow your collection with plants that have a story to tell. 🌿

Return and refund policy.
Once your parcel is delivered, we recommend opening it right away. Should any unexpected issues arise, please report them immediately to info@rebelplants.co.uk
Because plants are perishable and delicate, we do not accept returns except in cases of damage. Since every plant is unique and growth is seasonal, the plant you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured on our website.
We do accept returns on plant pots, accessories, vases, dried flowers, and plant prints. These items must be returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original and return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Additionally, if your return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost for your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.
For any return questions, please reach out to us at info@rebelplants.co.uk
Pre-Order & Custom Orders Policy: Pre-order and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These products are manufactured or supplied specifically to your specifications upon order placement
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt, and digital photos of the damaged item, box, and labels are required. We may request the item back to process your claim.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (such as plants or flowers) or custom products. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Customers are responsible for proper care of their items; therefore, we cannot accept claims or returns for mishandled products. Additionally, we do not accept claims or returns if plants have been repotted or pruned.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Very pleased with my Orchid rescue box! I have received today and the selection I got is a perfect addition to my collection!
I got 2 plant in the box, will surely buy again after these are settled and fully recovered (minor damages as I can see), hoping to get different species!
Don't understand the person that put the negative feedback, I am glad I didn't listen to that feedback! Thank you
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback — it genuinely means a lot to us
We’re really happy to hear that you’re pleased with your Orchid Rescue Box and that the plants are a great addition to your collection.
We put a lot of extra care and attention into preparing these boxes, and it’s wonderful to know that this came through. Minor cosmetic damage can sometimes happen with rescue plants, but we’re confident they’ll fully recover in the right hands — and it sounds like they’ve gone to exactly the right home.
We also truly appreciate your understanding regarding reviews. Unfortunately, some feedback doesn’t always reflect the full reality of the product or the care involved — and reviews can be very personal and subjective. Messages like yours really help balance that and support small businesses like ours.
Thank you again for your support and trust. We’ll be very happy to welcome you back when these beauties are settled — and we’ll do our best to surprise you with different species next time 😉
Warm regards,
Izzy
Lovely orchids inside, but I was expecting more than two plants to be honest.
Hi there,
Thank you very much for your feedback — we’re really pleased to hear you found the orchids lovely.
We completely understand your comment regarding the quantity. Our orchid arrangements are created using carefully selected, premium varieties rather than standard market orchids. We focus on rare and high-quality selections, which means each plant is chosen for its uniqueness, health, and long-lasting blooms.
Because of this, the value is reflected in the quality and rarity of the orchids rather than the number of plants included. We always aim to provide something a little more special and distinctive than typical mass-produced options.
We truly appreciate your support and hope you’ll continue to enjoy your orchids for a long time to come. If you ever have any questions, we’re always happy to help
