Delivery

How will my order be shipped?

We send all orders via tracked services with Royal Mail, and Parcel Force to ensure your items arrive safely. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

While we deliver to most of the UK, some areas, including parts of Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Isles, are excluded. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your address, just email us with your details and the items you’re interested in. We’ll gladly provide a delivery quote using one of our courier partners.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear about the delay, but we’re here to help! Start by checking the tracking link sent to your email—it’s the fastest way to get the latest updates on your delivery.

If you’re unable to find the information you need, don’t hesitate to contact us. Our team will be happy to investigate and assist further.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

If you’ve entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can update it for you.

Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed and dispatched, we won’t be able to change the address or redirect the parcel.

Not everything I ordered is in my delivery. What should I do?

If you’ve ordered multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate boxes so your items might arrive on different days.

If you’ve waited and still haven’t received your complete order, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking information. This will keep you updated on the progress of your delivery.

Returns

How do I return?

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item.

Please email us at info@rebelplants.co.uk, explaining why you’d like to return your order. If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that the costs for return shipping and packaging are the buyer's responsibility. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns for Pots

Pots can be returned within 30 days as per our return policy. Ensure they are in their original condition and packaging.

Returns for Plants

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on plants. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as you open your box, and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem.

When will my return be processed?

Once our returns team confirms we’ve received and inspected your parcel, you can expect a refund within 5-7 working days. You’ll also receive an email notification once your return is being processed.

How can I collect my order?

Local collection is available at our warehouse, 12 Deer Park Road SW19 3TL, from 10 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Please wait for an email confirmation before collecting your order. Collections outside these hours are not available.

How do we pack your orders?

We carefully pack your orders using protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Plants are securely wrapped, and fragile items are cushioned with eco-friendly, biodegradable peanuts and paper. All packages are sealed and labeled for easy handling.

How can white packing peanuts be recycled?

Since they are made from starch, biodegradable packing peanuts can be composted in your garden or compost bin. They also dissolve in water. Simply break them up and mix them with organic waste for easy disposal.

How can I choose the right size decorative pots?

Choosing the perfect pot for your home from Rebel Plants adds a stylish touch while ensuring your plants thrive. Our carefully selected decorative pots enhance your decor and create a harmonious atmosphere, making Rebel Plants your go-to destination for plant accessories.

To choose the right size decorative pot, match the diameter of the nursery pot with the opening diameter of the decorative pot. This ensures a perfect fit.

What is External Diameter: The widest part of the pot is measured to determine the external diameter.

What is Opening: The top diameter of the pot is referred to as the opening. It is the same as the internal diameter.

Opening Size: The opening size indicates the diameter of the pot's top, which allows you to determine the appropriate nursery pot size that can fit inside the plant pot.

How to care for and use decorative pots?

We cannot guarantee 100% water tightness, so we recommend using a waterproof liner to safeguard against potential moisture damage. We don’t recommend repotting your plant directly into a ceramic pot. If you remove the nursery pot for watering and make sure your nursery pot is completely dry before placing it back, your decorative pot will last much longer.

What does "handmade pots" mean?

Handmade items are each pot is a one-of-a-kind creation. Please be aware that slight imperfections and colour, shape, and size variations may occur, adding to their unique character.
