Light:
The Phalaenopsis Pirate Picotee Peloric Butterfly thrives in bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause leaf burn and damage the flowers. An east-facing window or a spot with filtered light is ideal.

Watering:
Water your orchid when the top 2-3 cm of the potting medium is dry. Phalaenopsis orchids prefer to stay slightly dry between waterings. Water thoroughly, allowing excess water to drain out of the pot, and avoid leaving the plant sitting in water to prevent root rot.

Humidity:
This orchid enjoys moderate to high humidity levels, ideally between 50-70%. If your indoor environment is dry, especially in winter, use a humidity tray, mist the plant lightly, or place a humidifier nearby to maintain the necessary moisture level.

Temperature:
The Pirate Picotee Peloric Butterfly prefers a warm environment, with temperatures ranging between 18°C and 26°C (65°F to 80°F). Keep it away from drafts, direct heat sources, and air conditioners to avoid stress on the plant.

Fertilizing:
Fertilize your orchid with a balanced orchid fertilizer once a month during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce feeding to every 6-8 weeks in the fall and winter when the plant’s growth slows. Be sure to use a diluted formula to avoid root burn.

Potting Medium:
Use a well-draining orchid mix, consisting of bark, perlite, and sphagnum moss, which allows the roots to breathe and ensures proper drainage.

Special delivery is available Monday to Friday. Orders with the special delivery placed by 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. Weekend orders with the special delivery option will be dispatched on Monday.

We are unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, the Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.

Once your parcel is delivered, we recommend opening it right away. Should any unexpected issues arise, please report them immediately to info@rebelplants.co.uk
Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we do not accept returns except in cases of damage. Since every plant is unique and growth is seasonal, the plant you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured on our website.

We do accept returns on plant pots, accessories, vases, dried flowers, and plant prints. These items must be returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original and return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Additionally, if your return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost for your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.

Pre-Order & Custom Orders Policy Pre-order and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These products are manufactured or supplied specifically to your specifications upon order placement

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt, and digital photos of the damaged item, box, and labels are required. We may request the return of the item to process your claim.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (such as plants or flowers), custom products. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Customers are responsible for the proper care of their items; therefore, claims or returns cannot be accepted for mishandled products. Additionally, we do not accept claims or returns if plants have been repotted or pruned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
