Refund policy

Once your parcel is delivered, we recommend opening it right away. Should any unexpected issues arise, please report them immediately to info@rebelplants.co.uk

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when they were received: unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. The costs for return shipping and packaging are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot accept returns of plants due to their perishable nature, as they cannot be resold once returned.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
-Perishable goods (e.g., plants, flowers, food)
-Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
-Personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
-Sale items and gift cards

We do not offer refunds or return for minor cosmetic imperfections such as small marks, scars, or natural blemishes on plants. As plants are living items, variations in appearance are completely normal and to be expected.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@rebelplants.co.uk. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Returned items without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Check your order upon delivery and promptly contact us at info@rebelplants.co.uk if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Reports of damaged parcels are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately, claims made after 7 days may not be accepted.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please first return your original purchase by following the return process. After the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Incorrect Address Details

We cannot accept responsibility for any delay or loss caused by an incorrect address or postcode provided at the time of order. If your parcel goes missing due to an incorrect address, we will do our best to track it down; however, no refund will be issued unless the parcel is returned to us by the courier as undeliverable.When a courier returns a package to us for this reason, we will issue a full refund for the item (excluding delivery charges - return and initial shipping cost will not be refunded). Please note that carriers now charge for items returned due to incorrect postcodes or if parcels are uncollected after a delivery attempt and card left.

Change of Mind / Accidental Orders

If you change your mind or accidentally place an order after the item has already been delivered, you may request a return. Please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable, and the return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the item is returned to us in a resellable condition and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product value only. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Business & Bulk Orders Policy

At Rebel Plants, we welcome bulk and business orders and strive to provide our customers with the best quality plants and pots.

Ordering Process

Business orders are considered bulk purchases and may require a minimum order quantity. Orders can be placed through our web shop or by contacting us directly at info@rebelplants.co.uk. Custom or special orders will be sourced directly from our supplier and may require additional processing time.

Pricing & Payment

We offer competitive pricing for bulk purchases. Custom quotes can be provided upon request. Payment must be made in full before order processing. We accept major payment methods, including bank transfers and online payments. Once payment is received, the order will be processed and scheduled for dispatch.

Lead Time & Delivery

Business orders may have a longer lead time, depending on stock availability and sourcing requirements. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe upon confirmation of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. Any additional fees, such as customs duties or import taxes, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Cancellations & Returns

Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once placed. Standard bulk orders may be eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of payment, subject to approval. Returns are not accepted for business orders. In rare cases of transit damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will assist where possible.

Orders placed on behalf of a business are non-cancellable and non-returnable due to a change of mind. Any damages, discrepancies, or quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the items, and all returns require prior authorization.
