Light
Tolerate various lighting conditions, from low to bright indirect light. However, they thrive best in medium to bright indirect light.

Water
Snake Plants are drought-tolerant, so it's important not to overwater them. Allow the soil to dry out partially. Water the plant thoroughly, but make sure the soil is well-drained to prevent waterlogging, which can cause root rot. During winter or periods of low light, reduce watering frequency.

Soil
Use well-draining soil specifically formulated for houseplants.

Temperature and Humidity
Snake Plants are adaptable to different temperatures, but they prefer average room temperatures between 60°F (15°C) to 85°F (29°C). They can tolerate lower temperatures but are sensitive to frost. Normal household humidity is usually sufficient, but they can tolerate lower humidity levels.

Fertilizer
Snake Plants are not heavy feeders and can thrive without frequent fertilization. Avoid fertilizing during winter when the plant is in its dormant phase.

Repotting
Snake Plants prefer slightly crowded conditions, so repotting is usually required only every 2-3 years or when the plant has outgrown its container. Use a slightly larger pot with good drainage and fresh potting soil.

Maintenance
Remove any yellow or damaged leaves by cutting them at the base.

Propagation
Snake Plants can be propagated by division or leaf cuttings. Dividing the plant during repotting is the easiest method. Alternatively, cut a healthy leaf into sections and plant them in a well-draining potting mix.

We are unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, the Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.

Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we do not accept returns except in cases of damage. Since every plant is unique and growth is seasonal, the plant you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured on our website.

We do accept returns on plant pots, accessories, vases, dried flowers, and plant prints. These items must be returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original and return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Additionally, if your return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost for your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt, and digital photos of the damaged item, box, and labels are required. We may request the return of the item to process your claim.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (such as plants or flowers), custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Customers are responsible for the proper care of their items; therefore, claims or returns cannot be accepted for mishandled products. Additionally, we do not accept claims or returns if plants have been repotted or pruned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
