Light
Provide bright, indirect sunlight for optimal growth. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the leaves. A north or east-facing window is ideal.

Watering
Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Ensure proper drainage to prevent root rot. Overwatering can be detrimental, so it's better to underwater than overwater.

Humidity
Variegated Monstera plants thrive in high humidity. Aim for humidity levels between 50% and 70%. You can increase humidity by misting the leaves, using a humidifier, or placing a water tray with pebbles beneath the pot.

Temperature
Ideal temperatures range between 18-30°C (65-85°F). Avoid placing the plant in cold drafts or near heating vents.

Soil
Use a well-draining potting mix. A combination of peat, perlite, and orchid bark works well for promoting aeration and drainage.

Fertilization
Feed with a balanced fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce feeding in the fall and winter.

Repotting
Repot every 1-2 years or when the plant outgrows its pot. Choose a slightly larger pot and refresh the potting mix.

Special delivery is available Monday to Friday. Orders with the special delivery placed by 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. Weekend orders with the special delivery option will be dispatched on Monday.

We are unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, the Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.

Once your parcel is delivered, we recommend opening it right away. Should any unexpected issues arise, please report them immediately to info@rebelplants.co.uk
Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we do not accept returns except in cases of damage. Since every plant is unique and growth is seasonal, the plant you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured on our website.

We do accept returns on plant pots, accessories, vases, dried flowers, and plant prints. These items must be returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original and return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Additionally, if your return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost for your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt, and digital photos of the damaged item, box, and labels are required. We may request the return of the item to process your claim.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (such as plants or flowers), custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Customers are responsible for the proper care of their items; therefore, claims or returns cannot be accepted for mishandled products. Additionally, we do not accept claims or returns if plants have been repotted or pruned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
