Frequently Asked Questions
Is the quality of sale plants the same as full-price items?
Absolutely. Every plant in our Plant & Pot Sale collection is hand-selected and health-checked at our London studio. Markdowns usually happen due to seasonal rotations, overstock, or to make room for our Fresh Arrivals. You can expect the same lush foliage and root health that we are known for.
Can I return items purchased on sale?
We want you to love your new greenery. Our standard return policy applies to most sale items unless specifically marked as "Final Sale" in the product description. If you have any questions about a specific plant or pot before purchasing, our team is happy to help.
How often do you add new items to the sale?
Our Plant & Pot Sale section is updated regularly as we receive new stock at our London plant studio. We recommend checking back often or signing up for our newsletter to be the first to know about price drops on our Pots and Plants.
Do you offer fast shipping on sale items?
Yes! We don't slow down for a sale. Your discounted plants and pots are given the same expert packaging and fast UK delivery as our full-price collections.
