Light
The Hoya Flamingo Dream thrives in bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight as it can scorch the leaves. A well-lit room with filtered light is ideal.

Watering
Hoya plants prefer their soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Water thoroughly when the top 2-3 cm of soil feels dry to the touch. Be sure not to overwater, as Hoyas are somewhat drought-tolerant and susceptible to root rot if left in soggy soil.

Humidity
This plant enjoys moderate to high humidity, which helps it flourish. If the air is dry, especially in winter, consider placing a humidifier nearby or misting the plant occasionally.

Temperature
Hoyas prefer warm temperatures, ideally between 18°C and 26°C (65°F to 80°F). Avoid exposing the plant to drafts, cold temperatures, or sudden temperature fluctuations.

Soil
Use a well-draining potting mix, such as a combination of orchid bark, perlite, and peat. A cactus or succulent mix can also work well. The key is to ensure the soil drains quickly to avoid waterlogging.

Special delivery is available Monday to Friday. Orders with the special delivery placed by 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. Weekend orders with the special delivery option will be dispatched on Monday.

Local Pickup - Free

Choose the convenient local pick-up option for your shipment method and enjoy the benefit of not paying for shipping. Once you have placed your order with the local pick-up option, please await an email confirmation with your designated collection time and date. Upon receiving your order, we will contact you via email to provide detailed collection instructions.

We are unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, the Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.

Once your parcel is delivered, we recommend opening it right away. Should any unexpected issues arise, please report them immediately to info@rebelplants.co.uk
Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we do not accept returns except in cases of damage. Since every plant is unique and growth is seasonal, the plant you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured on our website.

We do accept returns on plant pots, accessories, vases, dried flowers, and plant prints. These items must be returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original and return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Additionally, if your return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost for your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt, and digital photos of the damaged item, box, and labels are required. We may request the return of the item to process your claim.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (such as plants or flowers), custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Customers are responsible for the proper care of their items; therefore, claims or returns cannot be accepted for mishandled products. Additionally, we do not accept claims or returns if plants have been repotted or pruned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
