Return and refund policy.
Once your parcel is delivered, we recommend opening it right away. Should any unexpected issues arise, please report them immediately to info@rebelplants.co.uk

We do accept returns on plant pots, accessories, vases, dried flowers, and plant prints. These items must be returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original and return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Additionally, if your return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost for your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.

Beautiful vase that exceeded my expectations. The delivery was very fast. I love it
I love this, it was exactly what I was looking for to match the colours in a Joan Eardley print and was big enough to hide the cable from an uplighting lamp. Plus it feels very tactile too. A definite keeper to be passed on to family and cherished.
Really beautiful and striking. Its a big vase though (description did say 35cm which it is) but the width means that its quite the dominant feature in a room. Not a bad thing, particularly as its beautiful! Just surprised me when it arrived.
Lovely product that is exactly as described and looks really nice on my bookcase.
Arrived before expected date and exactly as described. Very pleased.
