Return and refund policy.
Once your parcel is delivered, we recommend opening it right away. Should any unexpected issues arise, please report them immediately to info@rebelplants.co.uk

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original and return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Additionally, if your return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost for your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.

Lovely good quality pot that really makes a statement
Beautiful plant pot, and it arrived promptly and packaged very securely.
The only negative is that this much bigger pot does lose a little of the colour. On the smaller versions of the pot you get a better mix. But all in all, very happy with the purchase. Worth the price as a statement pot.
A Quality item. Looks excellent.
Beautiful plant holder. Pricey, but then you usually have tp pay for quality!
5 stars review from Conor
Beautiful, high-quality item which arrived the day after I purchased. Thank you!
Look even better in my home than I expected
lovely pots. great plants. anytime again
I was happy with it except the fact that at the top it had many more indents in the glazing than I saw in the pictures. I understand it is rustic and of course I like that about it. But was just a bit disappointed as that's the top and a very obvious part of it.
Absolutely love these pots.
Will be buying more

Feels well made and looks nice
Beautiful pot that was very carefully packaged to ensure no damage in transit. Matched the description perfectly and has made one of my plants (that needed to be repotted into a larger pot) very happy! Highly recommend!
