Lucky bamboo is classified under the genus Dracaena, a member of the Asparagaceae family. The exquisite spiral formations of Lucky Bamboo are reminiscent of the exotic aura of tropical Asia, making them a captivating addition to any space. For thousands of years, Lucky Bamboo has been highly regarded in many parts of Asia due to its association with good fortune and luck. This plant is believed to possess positive energy that can bring luck, prosperity, and happiness to those who keep it. Whether as a decorative element or a symbol of good fortune, Lucky Bamboo is a plant that carries a rich cultural significance and adds an exotic touch to any setting
Lucky bamboo holds significant symbolic meaning in Feng Shui. It is believed to represent wood through its stems and fire through the red ribbon that is typically used to bind the arrangements together. Moreover, the number of stalks in a lucky bamboo arrangement holds varying meanings.
Lucky Bamboo, known for its adaptability, is a highly sought-after plant suitable for various environments, making it perfect for both residential and commercial spaces. Its versatility and aesthetic appeal have contributed to its popularity. If you're considering adding Lucky Bamboo to your home or office, here are some key points to consider:
How to Care for Lucky Bamboo, Dracaena:
Water: Lucky Bamboo thrives when grown in water. Keep the water level at least one inch above the base of the plant. Regularly changing the water every two weeks is essential to prevent the buildup of bacteria that can harm the plant's health.
Light: Lucky bamboo prefers bright, indirect light.
Temperature: Lucky bamboo thrives in warm, humid conditions.
Fertilizer: Lucky bamboo doesn't require frequent fertilization, but a small amount of liquid fertiliser added to the water once a month can promote healthy growth.
Glass Vase not included
3 x lucky bamboo: you will receive 3 stems
Toxic to pets and children: Yes
Air purifying: Yes
Photos are for representation purposes only. You will receive the same high-quality plants and pots that you select.
Please note: Bamboo stems are natural living plants with a limited lifespan. Individual stems may naturally decline or die over time, which is a normal part of their life cycle. Removing an older or unhealthy stem will not affect the remaining healthy stems.
