Which plants need Extra Large Plant Pots?
Our Extra Large Plant Pots range is designed for "statement plants." If you have a Large Monstera, a 6ft Fiddle Leaf Fig, or a mature Bird of Paradise, they will eventually require the root space of an extra-large plant pot. These pots improve water distribution and nutrient uptake for larger organisms.
Are these large pots easy to move?
While our Extra Large glazed pots can be heavy, we also offer extra-large metal pots and composite versions that are surprisingly lightweight. For the heaviest setups, we recommend placing your pot on a wheeled caddy or using a plant pot liner to make the initial potting process much more manageable.
Do I need drainage for outdoor planters?
Yes. Large volumes of soil hold a lot of water. To keep your big trees healthy, we highly recommend our Outdoor pots with drainage.
