Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose the right size pot for my plant?
As a general rule, your new pot should be 1cm to 3cm wider than the current nursery pot of your plant. Get it right first time with our plant pot sizing guide. If you aren't sure, our London studio team is always available to help you match your plants and pots perfectly.
Do your plant pots have drainage holes?
We offer a mix of decorative "cachepots" (without holes) and functional Plant Pots (with holes).
What materials are best for indoor use?
For indoor styling, metal pots are incredibly popular for their lightweight and high-end look. Ceramic and matte pots are excellent for adding weight and stability to top-heavy plants. All our indoor pots are furniture-friendly, though we always recommend using a waterproof liner to protect delicate surfaces from moisture.
How do you ship fragile ceramic and large metal pots?
We are experts in shipping fragile items. From our London studio, we use bespoke, eco-friendly protective layering and reinforced boxes to ensure your items don't chip or dent. Whether it's a small ceramic or an X-Large plant pot, our nationwide shipping ensures your order arrives safely and quickly in the UK.

Wonderful plants and excellent service
Absolutely love them, ordered 2 and they both arrived exactly as I expected, very well packaged, fun and quirky plant that we’ll enjoy growing.

Beautiful plant, well packaged and well cared for. Happy with my purchase, thank you
Surprised and delighted that the non-blooming option I chose turned out to be an orchid in full bloom! I have not noticed very much scent but I imagine that could be because the flowers are a little older. Absolutely beautiful regardless.
