Parlour Palm, Chamaedorea Elegans, Indoor Palm, Beginners Plant

Light: Light requirements for this plant entail placing it in an area that receives low, indirect light. The Parlour Palm thrives well in various locations, including bedrooms and living rooms.

Temparature: To maintain the plant's health, it should be kept at average room temperature and not be exposed to temperatures below 5°C.

Water: To ensure the proper watering of the plant, it is advised to water the plant when the top several centimeters of soil are dry to the touch. Additionally, it is crucial to ensure that the water can drain easily away from the plant after watering.

Toxic to pets and children: No. An added advantage of this plant is that it is non-toxic to cats and dogs, which makes it an ideal choice for pet owners.

Return and refund policy.

Once your parcel is delivered, we recommend opening it right away. Should any unexpected issues arise, please report them immediately to info@rebelplants.co.uk
Because plants are perishable and delicate, we do not accept returns except in cases of damage. Since every plant is unique and growth is seasonal, the plant you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured on our website.

We do accept returns on plant pots, accessories, vases, dried flowers, and plant prints. These items must be returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original and return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Additionally, if your return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost for your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.

For any return questions, please reach out to us at info@rebelplants.co.uk

Pre-Order & Custom Orders Policy: Pre-order and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These products are manufactured or supplied specifically to your specifications upon order placement

Claims for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt, and digital photos of the damaged item, box, and labels are required. We may request the item back to process your claim.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (such as plants or flowers) or custom products. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Customers are responsible for proper care of their items; therefore, we cannot accept claims or returns for mishandled products. Additionally, we do not accept claims or returns if plants have been repotted or pruned.
