Communication wasn't great and had no idea when to expect the package.
Despite being sent the wrong item (6cm instead of the 10cm Black Velvet) the team realised the mistake before even I did and have been very helpful and quick with the price difference refund - regardless, the plant came beautifully packaged arriving quickly with no damage and so far is thriving :) would definitely recommend
The baby plants arrived quickly. Well packaged. Perfect condition. Would recommend the shop. 10 stars

Absolutely love them, ordered 2 and they both arrived exactly as I expected, very well packaged, fun and quirky plant that we’ll enjoy growing.
Great quality, heavy pot that completes my collection...up to now anyway until the plants grow out of them and need repotting. Matched up with others of various sizes and colour ( green)
Beautiful plant, well packaged and well cared for. Happy with my purchase, thank you

Fantastic healthy plants extremely well packaged. Would definitely buy again
