We do accept returns on plant pots, accessories, vases, dried flowers, and plant prints. These items must be returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original and return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Additionally, if your return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost for your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.
For any return questions, please reach out to us at info@rebelplants.co.uk

This is exactly what I wanted, anything I was unsure about I was able to contact the seller at ease with a fast reply, great communication. The vase is lovely quality, no glaze, varnish, pattern or wild colours, in fact, it has a clever aged look to it, grecian. It currently sits on my kitchen window with faux silk flowers. Highly recommend vase and seller. Thanks again!
