Elisa Metal Plant Pots - Old Green - XL - 39cm-44cm

💧 Use a Waterproof Liner (Recommended for Indoor Plant Pots). Handmade plant pots may not be fully watertight. We strongly recommend using a plastic liner pot inside your decorative indoor planter to protect your furniture and surfaces from moisture or staining. You can find suitable liners in our Liner Collection. For help, feel free to contact us at
📩 info@rebelplants.co.uk

Avoid Direct Watering in the Pot (Especially for Unglazed or Metal Planters). If your handmade pot is unglazed, metal, or has a textured finish, avoid watering directly into it. This may cause long-term wear. Instead, remove the plant or use a liner insert to water safely.

🏡 Indoor Plant Pot Care Tips: Place a felt pad under the pot to prevent marks on wooden or delicate surfaces. Keep pots away from radiators, heaters, or high-humidity areas, which can impact the plant and pot quality.

🌧️Outdoor Plant Pot Care Tips: If using outdoors, ensure proper drainage by drilling a hole (if not pre-drilled). Raise planters on feet or risers to allow water to escape.

✨Cleaning Your Handmade Pot: Wipe your pot gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or chemicals to preserve its unique handmade finish.

Return and refund policy.

Once your parcel is delivered, we recommend opening it right away. Should any unexpected issues arise, please report them immediately to info@rebelplants.co.uk
Because plants are perishable and delicate, we do not accept returns except in cases of damage. Since every plant is unique and growth is seasonal, the plant you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured on our website.

We do accept returns on plant pots, accessories, vases, dried flowers, and plant prints. These items must be returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original and return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Additionally, if your return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost for your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.

For any return questions, please reach out to us at info@rebelplants.co.uk

Pre-Order & Custom Orders Policy: Pre-order and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These products are manufactured or supplied specifically to your specifications upon order placement

Claims for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt, and digital photos of the damaged item, box, and labels are required. We may request the item back to process your claim.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (such as plants or flowers) or custom products. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Customers are responsible for proper care of their items; therefore, we cannot accept claims or returns for mishandled products. Additionally, we do not accept claims or returns if plants have been repotted or pruned.
