At Rebel Plants, we’re committed to reducing waste and promoting sustainability in an industry where discarded plants are often overlooked. That’s why we’ve partnered with Sarah Gerrard Jones, a.k.a. @theplantrescuer, to bring you Plant Rescue Boxes—an innovative way to give plants a second chance while supporting eco-conscious practices.
As the popularity of online plant shopping grows, so does the number of plants discarded for not meeting "perfect" standards. These might include plants with minor cosmetic damage, shipping scars, or signs of previous pest or cold stress—plants that are otherwise healthy and full of potential.
What’s Included?
Each box is a mystery and contains 2–3 plants. We promise exciting inclusions that will add variety and character to your collection.

Care Instructions:
Each plant will have unique care needs, but here are general tips:
Place in bright, indirect light. Keep the soil slightly moist.
High-humidity areas, such as kitchens, bathrooms, or spaces with humidifiers, are ideal. Allow the plant to settle for at least a week before repotting or pruning to minimize stress.
Availability:
Our rescue boxes are created periodically as plants become available. Stock may vary, so check back often to grab yours.

Once you have placed your order with the local pick-up option, please await an email confirmation with your designated collection time and date. Upon receiving your order, we will contact you via email to provide detailed collection instructions.
To ensure a smooth collection process, we kindly request that you refrain from arriving without prior notice. This allows us sufficient time to prepare your order. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
Our collection times are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM
If you require an urgent collection outside of these hours or on weekends, please contact us via email at info@rebelplants.co.uk before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we do not accept returns except in cases of damage. Since every plant is unique and growth is seasonal, the plant you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured on our website.
We do accept returns on plant pots, accessories, vases, dried flowers, and plant prints. These items must be returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original and return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Additionally, if your return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost for your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt, and digital photos of the damaged item, box, and labels are required. We may request the return of the item to process your claim.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (such as plants or flowers), custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Customers are responsible for the proper care of their items; therefore, claims or returns cannot be accepted for mishandled products. Additionally, we do not accept claims or returns if plants have been repotted or pruned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
