Choose Your Pot:
The Sansevieria francisii, commonly known as a snake plant, is a brilliantly robust and resilient houseplant. It brings a striking, architectural look to any room while doubling as a fantastic natural air purifier. Whether you are a seasoned plant collector or just starting out, this snake plant is incredibly rewarding and easy to grow, making it a wonderful focal point for your indoor space.
At Rebel Plants, we want to ensure your new green addition thrives in its new home. Here is everything you need to know about caring for your Sansevieria francisii:
-
Light: This plant loves filtered sunlight, making it a superb choice for spots with bright, indirect light. Placing it near a window with a sheer curtain provides the gently filtered conditions it truly enjoys.
-
Water: Snake plants are highly drought-tolerant. They absolutely prefer their soil to dry out completely before you water them again. When in doubt, it is always better to underwater rather than overwater!
Plant Details:
-
Air Purifying: Yes – excellent at filtering everyday indoor toxins.
-
Pet & Child Friendly: No – mildly toxic if ingested, so please keep it out of reach of curious pets and little ones.
-
Pot Size: Supplied in a 6cm nursery pot (decorative pot not included).
A Quick Note from the Rebel Plants Team: Occasional leaf splits or minor scarring are perfectly natural characteristics of Sansevieria plants and simply add to their unique charm.

Wonderful plants and excellent service
Absolutely love them, ordered 2 and they both arrived exactly as I expected, very well packaged, fun and quirky plant that we’ll enjoy growing.
Great quality, heavy pot that completes my collection...up to now anyway until the plants grow out of them and need repotting. Matched up with others of various sizes and colour ( green)
Beautiful plant, well packaged and well cared for. Happy with my purchase, thank you
Surprised and delighted that the non-blooming option I chose turned out to be an orchid in full bloom! I have not noticed very much scent but I imagine that could be because the flowers are a little older. Absolutely beautiful regardless.
Fantastic healthy plants extremely well packaged. Would definitely buy again
